I have been photographing as a hobby for over 28 years. I love photography because there is truth behind the image. I especially love to enhance my photographs because in transforming the original image a very dramatic change takes place. I have always loved change and my art is a way to manifest change in a creative way. I think that is exciting! I have always been a "beach" person who grew up around the beach and surfing. I love to photograph the beach, palm trees, waves,  surfing, flowers, nautical scenes and seascapes. I am drawn to the natural beauty of our earth and you will see these themes in my photographic art. I have been very blessed to have the opportunity to travel to many places on our wonderful planet. The photographs from those travels are the canvas with which I create my artwork. 

My art is fine art photography digital prints. I use the award winning Epson Stylus printing system. This is a superior printing method that is preferred by professional photographers. I use only genuine Epson ink. Epson's signature UltraChrome High Gloss pigment inks are designed and guaranteed to remain fast and true well over 100 years without fading. Epson photographic papers are very fine archival quality and are designed and guaranteed to resist fading over 70 years. I use matte heavyweight and premium luster papers. I prefer these due to their ability to absorb the ink, where as a glossy paper will only have the ink on the surface. This makes for a more vibrant print that will not fade. These papers also will not compete with the glass when you frame your print. Glossy paper tends to stick to the glass causing irregular patterns to form.
