I've stayed here 3 times. I've heard that parking can be an issue at premium times but I had no issues with that. The room was utilitarian but well stocked with towels and bath products and clean. All oceanfront rooms have balconies, but be careful you don't rent a room across the street. They have two pools; one is indoors and one out, on the other side of the street. There is a small exercise room and an ice cream shop. The low price made this hotel a real find for me.
