the best ice rink in tidewater area -friendly people - polite skaters -this rink is all for the skaters not the $$$$$$$$$$$$$signs the ice time -freestyle is 1/2 the price of the other rinks and any way you look at it ice is ice -they have the best coaches around -they have lots of freestyle -we started skating at iceland over 20 years ago -we left for the new and fancy but came back home -what a mistake we will not leave again and i am sure there are a lot of people who would agree -there are other ice rinks but one does not do figure and the other one is very moldy you go iceland you have a lot of people behind you thanks for the rink i would recomend this 100% over any in the area in tidewater

I took my 5 year old son there to learn how to skate and play hockey. Within a short period of time he was flying around and has just started hockey lessons. The price was 1/2 of the other centers. They have just finished enlarging the ice surface and is a much better place to skate than it was in the past. And yes, they answered the phone on the first ring!

The information on the answering machine is outdated. The days of the week are named with times, but without any additional information for group rates other than that they vary. No one answers the phone. No way to plan for ice-skating.This is a poorly run business.
