I am here to meet someone to date, or at the very least develop a friendship with. I am very much into physical fitness and so someone who was also into working out would be an ideal person to meet. I currently am attempting to do the crossfit training program which is pretty intense. But working out is not a requirement for meeting me. To start is the term alembic which is a process to refine or transmute as if by distillation. This is who I am and what I seem to do. Besides, what fun is predictability and routine? If you are secure with yourself, then you are not pushing the envelope of who and what you might become. It is only when we find ourselves in situations which we are uncomfortable, feeling a bit insecure do we really learn about ourselves and what we can really do.

Anytime we allow ourselves to meet someone new, or do something new we take a risk. If our lives intertwine for a time you may refine who you are, or you might be transmuted into someone else you never knew was a part of youâ?¦.

I'm a kind of laid back, relaxed person. I can be just as comfortable in a pretty dress as in a pair of jeans, although the jeans are generally more practical around the house. I love the outdoors, especially the beach and the water, mountains and forests. Anytime the weather is nice, I'd rather be outside, but when the weather doesn't cooperate I like to read, watch movies, make things, and listen to music.

I love animals, and have 3 living with me (not including my children) One of my kids is still at home with me, but graduation is just a couple years away. Hello All! I am a creative, intelligent female living in VA Beach. I enjoy experiencing life and doing exciting and different things. I love to read comic books, favorites being Y the Last Man, Ex Machina, Fables, and Alias / The Pulse. I occasionally play video games, but really like to go out and be in the world. Um...well I usually don't know what to say about myself. I'm very shy and a little introverted. I like anime and the whole Japanese Culture thing. I no longer have a boyfriend as of just now. Hey, well Iâ??m 32, I was born in CA but have lived in VA Beach most of my life. I was born into a vegetarian family and Iâ??m still one. Of course I donâ??t expect anyone else to be vegetarian, thatâ??s just my choice. Although my familyâ??s Catholic, and I went to Catholic school from 1st-7th grade, I donâ??t consider myself at all religious. I would, however, like to think Iâ??m at least a somewhat spiritual person, in a non ouija board, power crystal, dream catcher kinda way. Iâ??ve been lucky enough to travel outside the country a number of times, ask and Iâ??ll be more than happy to tell you exactly where. I definitely have an appreciation of other cultures. I have an adventurous spirit, but not the kind that wants to jump out of a plane under non-emergency conditions. Iâ??d rather go exploring, get lost, maybe find some buried treasure or even something less piratey. I donâ??t drink, smoke, play darts or dance. I am an educated professional (M.A. in Bio) retired AF, with a great sense of humor who loves to laugh, have fun and enjoy life to the fullest.
