After the sale - good luck! In Dec 06, we bought a Mustang from this dealership. A few days before the 30-day temporary tags expired, we went by to ask for the tags and title, since we had heard nothing. They were not ready.
The next day, the manager (Craig) FedEx'd us temporary transportation tags (good for 5 days) and promised to come up with tags and title. It seems, from what we know now, that it was illegal for us to have those tags, they are only for the dealership. The transport tags will expire this coming Sunday at midnight - so Thursday, we called the dealership and asked what was happening. They promised to Fedex us the tags and title.
Friday, we call again to get it confirmed, and they told us that the person who was supposed to ship it out, didn't do it until Fri afternoon. We asked if it would be delivered Saturday, and they were going to check and call back. We missed their call back and they left no message - when we tried to call, nobody answered.
Today, Saturday, FedEx has not been here - we called again, as usual there was a lot of waiting, disconnected calls, people putting us through to others... and we finally found out that they did not pay for Saturday delivery or change it (FedEx said nobody called about that package) and the last person we talked to, Dan, was rude and dismissive, this was obviously not his problem. He actually laughed and hung up on us!
Next step for us is to submit a complaint to the Motor Dealer Board for VA - but until they can do something about this outfit, stay away!
